Planzer Expands Italian Network with Sifte Berti Acquisition

In a strategic move to expand its logistical network in Italy, Swiss family-owned logistics company Planzer, founded in 1936, has successfully acquired Sifte Berti, an Italian logistics enterprise based in Lainate near Milan.
