Piletilevi, an Estonian company, has expanded its presence in the Czech Republic by acquiring Ticketportal from the media group Mafra. This strategic acquisition follows their previous Czech market entry through the majority stake acquisition in GoOut earlier in 2023 and stems from a series of transactions steered by PRK Partners, a firm specializing in legal advisory.
