Phoenix Specialty Promotes Allison Penick to Sales Manager Post

Phoenix Specialty Manufacturing Co., a prominent player in the manufacturing sector since 1907, has announced that Sales Manager Steve Cornforth will retire by the end of December 2024, making way for Allison Penick, who has been with the company for nearly a decade. Cornforth, whose career spans over 40 years in manufacturing, joined Phoenix Specialty in 2012 and rose through the ranks to become Sales Manager in 2019. His industry knowledge significantly impacted the company's growth. Penick, who joined Phoenix Specialty in 2015, has had a dynamic career within the company, excelling through roles like Sales Representative and Assistant Sales Manager. She holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Aiken. Her recent accomplishments include completing the Precision Metalforming Association's Management Development Academy. CEO Russell Hurst expressed confidence that Penick's leadership will continue to drive the sales team's success and growth.
