Phoenix Equity Partners, a private equity firm, has completed an investment in London Gynaecology with the assistance of the legal advisory team from Addleshaw Goddard. The investment is aimed at broadening access to high-quality gynaecological care. The deal has been described as a result of a shared vision between Phoenix Equity Partners and London Gynaecology. The transaction team at Addleshaw Goddard was spearheaded by Private Equity Partner Gemma Phillips, with significant contributions from colleagues Liam Gasior, Jagpal Pahal, Thomas Wookey, and Harry Crozier.
