Pérez-Llorca Expands in Portugal with COFIDES Support

Pérez-Llorca, an international law firm, is strengthening its presence in Portugal with the opening of a new office in Lisbon. The project is financed, in part, by a €4.5 million loan from COFIDES, through the Fund for Investments Abroad (FIEX). The total investment in the expansion and refurbishment of the Lisbon office totals €6.4 million. This new establishment solidifies Pérez-Llorca's position as a key player in the global legal market. The expansion is part of COFIDES's Impact Program that aligns with the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and the initiative is financed by Next GenerationEU. The project particularly supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 5 and 8, addressing gender equality and economic growth. The Firm's remodeled office, occupying 2,000 square meters at a prime location in Lisbon, employs more than 30 professionals, marking a significant milestone in their international growth.
