P97 Networks, headquartered in Houston, Texas, provides secure mobile connection platforms for leading fuel brands and innovates in sectors such as fleet management, connected cars, and electric vehicle charging. The acquisition aims to develop an integrated consumer experience and expand payment capabilities across multiple devices. This strategic addition to PDI's portfolio follows its acquisitions of Nuspire and Comdata Merchant Solutions, which expanded its offerings in cybersecurity and POS capabilities. Financial advisors for the transaction included Berenson & Company for PDI and BofA Securities for P97.
