Patrick Möller Resigns from New Work VP Role Amid Delisting

Patrick Möller has resigned as Vice President of Investor Relations at New Work SE, the parent company of job board Xing and employer-rating site Kununu. This departure follows New Work’s delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in August 2024, an action initiated by an agreement with majority shareholder Burda Digital. Möller’s journey with New Work began in 2007 when it was known as Xing AG. Over the years, the company has evolved from a publicly traded entity to a dominant player in the DACH region with almost 23 million members and revenue around €300 million. Despite stepping down, Möller is known to be an investor and board member of Airtime Software AG, a Hamburg-based company specializing in investor relations. New Work SE, established in 2003, operates a range of brands including Kununu and Internations, and employs approximately 1,200 people in various European cities.
