Pantheon Secures $5.2 Billion for Senior Credit Secondaries

Paul Hastings LLP has advised Pantheon, a leading global private markets investor with $70.8 billion in assets under management, on forming its third senior credit secondaries program, Pantheon Senior Debt III. This program successfully closed oversubscribed, raising a total of $5.2 billion. The funds were accumulated across various channels including closed-end commingled funds, evergreen and rated insurance vehicles, and separately managed accounts. Pantheon's senior credit secondaries program targets portfolios of senior secured, floating rate investments, predominantly sponsor-backed, spanning both LP interests and GP solutions opportunities.
