Norton Rose Fulbright has overseen the legal guidance for Panattoni's ambitious project development of a Build-To-Own (BTO) distribution center in Lodz, Poland, designated for Media Expert. This strategic move marks one of the largest logistics undertakings for Panattoni, involving a significant investment of nearly PLN 500 million (EUR 120 million). The extensive facility, stretching over 207,000 square meters, is anticipated to enhance Media Expert's logistical capabilities for its e-commerce and physical retail segments. Additionally, the new distribution hub will support the company's growth in diverse product categories, including gardening and fitness. Legal advisory was complemented by the efforts of Causa Finita Szczepanek i Wspolnicy who counseled Media Expert.
