Deloitte Legal provided legal assistance to Palella Holdings, with a team led by attorneys Massimo Zamorani, Francesco Mirarchi, and Nicol Manduchi. On the other side, DLA Piper supported Telepass's Legal Affairs Department, managed by Daniele Ciccolo and Luca Daniele, the CFO of Telepass.
