Outcomes4Me Inc., a Boston-based company specializing in AI-driven platforms for cancer care, has acquired the assets of the Mika Health app from Fosanis GmbH, a Berlin-based enterprise. This strategic acquisition aligns with Outcomes4Me's mission to improve patient empowerment worldwide by integrating Mika's clinically validated tools in symptom management, behavioral coaching, and emotional support. Mika Health, an MDR IIa-certified app, has already benefited over 100,000 cancer patients globally, delivering personalized and therapeutic techniques to improve patient quality of life. This acquisition not only strengthens Outcomes4Me's service offering but also enhances their scalability within European markets. Outcomes4Me aims to set a new global standard for digital oncology support, aided by a recent $21 million funding round which is intended to facilitate global expansion and further technological development.
