Otto Rompelman has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Catella Investment Management Benelux (CIMB). With over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and finance, Rompelman brings considerable expertise from his founding and management of Immo Finance B.V. Since 2013, he has provided strategic and transaction advisory services to various European and American investors, focusing on real estate in the Benelux region. In his new role, Rompelman aims to expand CIMB’s client base beyond Catella’s internal funds to international and local clients while enhancing their service offerings. CIMB currently manages €2.0 billion in assets, primarily focusing on the Benelux market, with a team of 21 professionals. Rompelman will work alongside Michiel Assendelft and Julia Strijp-Mulder to drive the company’s growth strategies.
