OSA Acquired by Sandvik with Norton Rose Fulbright's Guidance

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the global engineering group Sandvik SRB AB on its agreement to acquire Osa Demolition Equipment S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of demolition tools and hydraulic hammers. OSA, founded in 1994 with its headquarters in Molfetta, Puglia, employs 64 people and boasts advanced production and R&D capabilities. Sandvik, a leader in enhancing productivity and sustainability in manufacturing, mining, and infrastructure, employs around 41,000 people and operates in over 150 countries with revenues of approximately 123 billion Swedish kronor. The multidisciplinary legal team from Norton Rose Fulbright, led by partner Claudio Di Falco, handled all corporate and due diligence aspects, regulatory profiles, and labor issues of the transaction. Meanwhile, Fieldfisher Italy represented the sellers with a team led by partners Diego Rigatti and Niccolò Massimo Gruppi, addressing the deal's tech law, corporate M&A, and real estate facets.
