Orbia Issues MXN 6.2 Billion in Notes Under CNBV Program

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Orbia Advance Corporation on its third and fourth notes issuances totaling MXN 6.2 billion. These issuances are part of Orbia’s revolving short and long-term shelf registration program approved by the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV). The third issuance will carry interest at a floating rate of TIIE de Fondeo plus 95 basis points, whereas the fourth issuance is fixed at an annual rate of 11.73 percent.
