Onlayer Secures Investment from Gelecek Etki Fonu

Turunc has advised Gelecek Etki Fonu (Future Impact Fund) in its investment round in Onlayer. This round of investment also saw active participation from Maxis, Global Trust Ventures, and individual investors. Onlayer, notable for its provisioning of onboarding, monitoring, and compliance management tools specifically for banks and payment service providers, received guidance from Cigdemtekin Cakirca Aranci for this deal. Gelecek Etki Fonu, a venture capital fund regulated by the Capital Markets Board, is managed through the cooperative effort of Tacirler Asset Management and Vestel Ventures. The strategic investment aims to bolster Onlayer's offerings and broaden its market presence.
