Onivia: A Stake Acquisition by Arjun and Aberdeen

By securing a 40% stake each, Arjun and Aberdeen have become majority shareholders and will co-control the company with Macquarie Capital, which retains the remaining 20%. Onivia is recognized for its neutral and independent operation in the telecom sector, offering bitstream services across major Spanish cities and rural areas. The acquisition was backed by a cross-border team from Clifford Chance, involving experts from Madrid and London, and led by key partners Samir Azzouzi and Mara Sabau.
