Omnes Capital Raises €112 Million for Real Tech 2 Fund

Omnes Capital, a prominent investor in the realm of private equity and infrastructure, has successfully secured €112 million for the first close of its second fund in the deeptech series, known as Omnes Real Tech 2. This new fund seeks to foster the growth of European deeptech companies through their crucial early phases. Building upon the successes of its predecessor, the Omnes deeptech fund, this latest effort aims to further empower sectors such as defense and security, artificial intelligence, and quantum technology. Notably, this is the first fund in Europe to gain from the Defense mandate of the European Union. As the deeptech market continues to flourish—achieving over €27 billion in funds last year—the Omnes team plans to hone its strategy on diversified sectoral and geographic exposure, with an emphasis on Germany and Italy. Backed by a robust network of deeptech entrepreneurs and experts developed over two decades, Omnes Capital's Real Tech 2 fund is poised to select and support the most promising high-tech endeavors.
