Olyos Clinches €215m Continuation Fund for Global Expansion

In a significant development, Motion Equity Partners has closed a €215 million single-asset continuation fund for Olyos, an expansive platform in European natural health and nutrition. The fund, led by Coller Capital, marks a strong investor interest with participation from existing Motion partners, new institutions, and a noteworthy equity reinvestment by Olyos management and LFPI as a minority co-investor. The fund aims to enable Olyos's growth trajectory and particularly backs their inorganic expansion strategy both locally in France and internationally. Rede Partners served as a strategic advisor for this successful transaction. Since Motion Equity's acquisition of Olyos in 2018, the company has seen remarkable growth, tripling in size with a revenue of nearly €145 million—growing at a compound annual growth rate of 27% between 2020 and 2024. By executing four major acquisitions, Olyos has bolstered its brand and presence across Europe, evolving from a national French entity into a dynamic multinational player. This fund facilitates further deployment of its commercial strategy in pharmacy and online channels, bolstering Olyos's position in the market.
