Odine Acquires Majority Stake in Logate to Boost Global Reach

Odine, a global technology partner, has acquired a 53.03% stake in Logate D.O.O., a technology company based in Montenegro. This strategic acquisition aligns with Odine's growth trajectory by significantly enhancing its product and service portfolio and accelerating its expansion into European markets. Founded in 2006, Logate is well-known for its proficiency in 5G infrastructure, banking systems, and enterprise solutions, using a software-first approach. This acquisition will allow Odine to integrate Logate's innovative offerings with its own global presence and extensive customer network. The alignment supports Odine's expansion into high-potential areas such as fintech, public services, and enterprise IT. Additionally, Logate’s core network software expertise will contribute to Odine’s focus on the next-generation connectivity technologies, including 6G. The transaction also provides Odine with indirect ownership in Logate’s affiliated entities: Logate Institut Za Informacione Tehnologije, focusing on software education and human capital development, and Logate GMBH, a Vienna-based marketing company.
