OCS Acquires Maxim FM in Strategic Expansion

OCS, a facilities management firm, has announced the acquisition of Sunderland-based Maxim FM, marking its sixth UK acquisition in the last 18 months. This strategic move aims to enhance the company's presence in the North of England and Scotland, aligning with OCS's goal to double its revenue in the UK and Ireland within five years. Daniel Dickson, OCS's UK and Ireland chief executive, highlighted that the acquisition of Maxim FM, known for its expertise and customer satisfaction in public and private sector contracts, complements OCS’s expansion strategy. The acquisition will see over 1,100 Maxim FM employees from various locations join OCS, allowing the combined entity to offer more extensive solutions to clients. Maxim FM's strong track record, particularly in the education sector, will bolster OCS's growing influence in this field.
