Ochain: Acquisition by SRAM Enhances Global Cycling Component Reach

Eversheds Sutherland has acted as the legal advisor in the acquisition of Italy-based Ochain, a company specializing in high-performance components and accessories for cycling, by the US-based SRAM group. This transaction involved the sale of 100% of Ochain's equity to SRAM, a global player in the bicycle components market.
