Numia Secures Bcc Pos Acquisition

Gianni & Origoni has played a pivotal role in supporting Numia, a company specializing in digital payments, in its acquisition of the entire share capital of Bcc Pos from Iccrea Banca, The Central Institute of Cooperative Credit. The acquisition is a strategic step for Numia in its efforts to expand its footprint in the digital payment device market.
