Novus Launches Work in Southwest with Major Anchor Contracts

Novus has announced that it has initiated the execution of its contract for two lots under Anchor's Outsourced Responsive Repairs and Asset Investment Works programme. Anchor, known as England's largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for the elderly, has unveiled several major contracts as part of its move towards digital transformation in repairs and maintenance. The contracts across Anchor's estate, valued at approximately £1.7 billion over a span of 15 years, encompass seven regional contracts for all structural and maintenance works. Novus secured contracts for Lot 1 covering the North West and Lot 6 covering the Southwest Corridor, with work on the latter commencing on January 30, 2025. Novus has made significant investments in its workforce and equipment, emphasizing training in areas such as dementia awareness and procuring hybrid vehicles with dual branding to prepare for this undertaking.
