Novation Tech, a leading European company specializing in composite material components for the automotive, aerospace, sports, and leisure sectors, has expanded its presence by acquiring control of Portuguese company Mpc Designworks. Mpc Designworks is known for its expertise in design and development engineering for the automotive industry. This acquisition marks another step in Novation Tech's strategic external growth initiative, which began last year with the acquisition of Citre Color. The acquisition was legally facilitated by Tp Legal on behalf of Novation Tech, with a team led by Partner Gian Luca Toppan and lawyers Enrico Del Col and Gianluca Florian. Mpc Designworks and its shareholders were advised by Srs Legal, whose team included Partners Paulo Bandeira and Nuno Miguel Prata, as well as Daniel Macedo Ferreira.
