NMi Group, based in Delft, Netherlands, operates within the European Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, specializing in mission-critical assurance services for diverse products. Over LLCP's tenure, NMi's revenue has quadrupled, propelled by organic growth and a successful buy-and-build strategy that included eight strategic acquisitions since 2020, boosting its workforce from 80 to over 300 employees. The sale marks the first exit for LLCP Europe II SCSp and LLCP's 24th successful exit since 2020. Financial advisory was provided by Houlihan Lokey and Rothschild & Co, with legal counsel from NautaDutilh N.V.
