Nippon Sangyo Suishin Kiko Ltd. (NSSK) has announced the completion of its investment in Apaman Property Co., Ltd., signaling a strategic move in Japan's property management sector. The Apaman Property Group, which has been active since 1999, specializes in rental and sublease management and related services. With a substantial portfolio of approximately 90,000 units under management, 70,000 of which are included in the transaction, NSSK aims to leverage this foundation to propel Apaman Property Group into its next growth phase. NSSK plans to enhance the group's operations by introducing data-driven management, enhancing governance structures, and promoting ESG activities. The partnership will also aim to expand sales, foster M&A activity, and strengthen business alliances. Despite the change in ownership, the Apaman brand and existing business partnerships with APAMAN Group will persist, ensuring continuity and stability.
