Nikan Agro Secures Licensing for Blatska PV Project

CMS, a leading law firm, has successfully advised Nikan Agro on securing a license for their 50-megawatt solar project, Blatska, from the Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. Nikan Agro, owned by Germany's HP Holding, completed the regulatory approval on April 16, 2025. The project will enter its initial commercial operations in April 2027, with full commissioning expected by April 2028 in Hadzhidimovo Municipality.
