Nikan Agro Secures License for Blatska PV Project in Bulgaria

CMS has provided advisory services to Nikan Agro, a company under Germany's HP Holding, in navigating the licensing process for its 50-megawatt Blatska photovoltaic project, with the Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. The project, located in Hadzhidimovo Municipality, Bulgaria, received regulatory approval on April 16, 2025. The Blatska PV project is slated for its initial commercial operation in April 2027, aiming for full commissioning by April 2028.
