NIIT Learning Systems, a global provider of learning and development services, has completed the acquisition of MST Group, a leader in learning services within the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region. This acquisition, valued at approximately $22 million, is a strategic move to bolster NIIT's presence in Europe, particularly in the automotive and industrial sectors. MST Group, founded in 2009, brings a workforce of over 100 people across Germany and Hungary into NIIT's fold. The acquisition is part of NIIT's broader strategy to expand globally and enhance its onsite, multilingual services through a new nearshore capability in Hungary. With this addition, NIIT aims to leverage MST's sector expertise to offer AI-enabled, managed learning services on a global scale. The combined entity will operate with over 2,500 learning professionals and more than 700 consultants across 32 countries, further solidifying NIIT's leadership in the industry.
