NFP Acquires The HR Suite in Strategic Expansion

In a strategic move to enhance its human capital solutions in Europe, NFP, an Aon company, recently announced the acquisition of The HR Suite, a prominent human resources consultancy and training specialist in Ireland. This transaction marks NFP’s first acquisition of an Ireland-based HR services enterprise, indicating a significant expansion of their service offerings on the continent. Founded in 2009 by Caroline Reidy, who is also a noted author and speaker in the HR field, The HR Suite provides a range of services including HR system solutions and outsourcing, benefiting a diverse clientele from small enterprises to global corporations. Reidy will now head NFP's HR division in Ireland, reporting to Colm Power, the managing director at NFP Ireland. NFP aims to leverage The HR Suite’s expertise to deliver enhanced HR services such as outplacement, employee benefits, pensions, and health and safety solutions. This acquisition aligns with NFP’s ethos of prioritizing partnerships and people-focused strategies while extending comprehensive HR services across Ireland.
