NewPrinces Acquires Italian Baby and Specialty Food Units from Heinz

NewPrinces has agreed to acquire the Italian baby and specialty food operations from Kraft Heinz. The acquisition includes the well-known brands Plasmon, Nipiol, BiAglut, Aproten, and Dieterba. This transaction, valued at €120 million, includes the Plasmon plant in Latina and marks a significant strategic milestone for NewPrinces.
