Newport Beach Vacation Properties (NBVP), a premier vacation property management arm of Balboa Realty, has acquired Burr White Realty, doubling its vacation property portfolio. This acquisition positions NBVP as the largest vacation property management company in Newport Beach and one of the largest in Orange County. Burr White, established in 1967, is a historic business as the longest continuously operated vacation rental management company in the area. NBVP aims to modernize Burr White's portfolio to meet luxury standards expected by vacationers while retaining the small, family business ethos shared by both companies. Growing from its founding in 2007 by Aaron and Alex Batley, NBVP, along with Balboa Realty, now manages a vast number of properties with a unique focus on guest hospitality. The acquisition allows integration of innovative standards and use of technology into Burr White's offerings, thereby expanding the market reach of Balboa's management influence. Craig Batley, together with Joan Trout, previously acquired Burr White, elevating its profile as Newport Beach's top vacation rental manager until 2022.
