Netrality Secures $605M Financing with White & Case's Guidance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has successfully advised Netrality Data Centers on securing $605 million in financing. This significant transaction involved an extension of the maturity date on Netrality's existing credit facility and the acquisition of additional term loans and revolving commitments. Netrality, recognized as a prominent privately held owner and operator of core interconnection facilities across the United States, maintains 18 strategically located properties covering 3.3 million square feet and over 100 megawatts of capacity. With backing from Macquarie Asset Management, Netrality's infrastructure supports high network resiliency, catering to latency-sensitive and mission-critical enterprises. The transaction was managed by partners Kerrick Seay and Andrew Weisberg, alongside associates from the White & Case New York office.
