Netcad Secures Funding in Pre-IPO Round

Netcad, a software development company specializing in geographical information systems and computer-aided design, has successfully completed a pre-IPO funding round. The funding was facilitated by the Turunc law firm, who advised Netcad throughout the process. Participants in this funding round included Hedef Portfoy, Findoor Girisim Sermayesi Yatirm Fonu, Ral Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi, and two Neo Portfoy funds. Atar Avci was noted to have advised Hedef Portfoy in this venture. The Turunc team assisting in the transaction consisted of Managing Partner Kerem Turunc, Partner Iltem Dokurlar, Managing Associate Naz Esen, and Associate Ovgu Kopal.
