NET4GAS Secures CZK 4 Billion Financing from Czech Banks

The financing aims to refinance existing debts and strengthen the capital structure of NET4GAS, the exclusive operator of the gas transmission system in the Czech Republic. The significant financing will assist NET4GAS in maintaining and enhancing its extensive infrastructure, which includes over 4,000 kilometers of pipelines and numerous gas transfer stations. Legal advice for the borrower was reportedly provided by Dentons, while CMS's legal team was led by Partner Petra Mysakova, supported by Associates David Bujgl and Matej Eberle.
