Nester Raises $1.6M to Revolutionize Property Management

Spain-based proptech company Nester has successfully raised $1.6 million in a funding round led by Dozen Investments, with participation from Decelera and Core Angels. Established in 2021 by CEO Álex Purull and CRO Kstor del Olmo Díaz, Nester offers a comprehensive management software solution aimed at modernizing and automating the operations of landlords. The software facilitates processes such as rental contracts processing, rent collection, and tenant communication. Serving 25,000 properties, Nester's platform is gaining rapid traction in the real estate sector by digitizing and automating traditional management processes. Nester's recent funding will be leveraged to enhance their platform further and expand their sales team with the ambition to provide their solutions globally. The move comes in response to the pressing need for operational efficiency and improved customer experience in the rental sector, as highlighted by their lead investor, Dozen Investments. Last year, Nester launched a series of tools in Spain aimed at digitizing rental management, raising $1.2 million in a previous funding round.
