Nelly Solutions, a Berlin-based health FinTech startup founded in 2021, raised over EUR 50 million in a Series B funding round led by Cathay Innovation and Notion Capital. The company aims to accelerate growth and further facilitate the digitalization of medical practices by automating administrative tasks ranging from patient documentation to billing. The funds will be used to expand into new markets such as Italy and develop their product offerings, with additional investments from existing investors b2venture, Lakestar, Motive Ventures, and Arc Investors. The legal advisory for the transaction was provided by Osborne Clarke, featuring a team led by Maximilian Vocke and inclusive of multiple specialists in corporate, tax, regulatory, and fintech law.
