Nazca Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Coycama and Becrisa

Nazca Capital, through its Nazca Small Cap II fund, has acquired a majority stake in a newly formed group following the integration of Coycama, Becrisa, and other entities. This strategic move aims to consolidate their presence in the Spanish bathroom sector, known for its quality products and exceptional service level. The group consolidates four companies, bolstering its position in bathroom furniture, Solid Surface washbasins, shower trays, shower screens, sanitary ware, and faucets. The combined group flaunts over 40 million euros in sales with an EBITDA surpassing 5 million euros, marking its international presence by exporting 30% of its sales to more than 20 countries. The existing partners, with over 30 years of cumulative experience in the sector, will remain active in the company to ensure continuity and growth.
