This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen Nagarro's presence in the UK financial services sector by incorporating FWD View’s data-driven solutions and expertise in data quality, governance, protection, and analytics, as well as cloud-based solutions. FWD View, known for its extensive use of advanced platforms such as Delphix, Collibra, Databricks, and AWS, will help Nagarro access key players in the UK financial services market and provide enhanced IT services to clients. The acquisition not only adds a team of around fifty experts, comprising employees and contractors, but also aligns with Nagarro’s people-centric leadership culture, fostering collaboration and innovation. With this merger, Nagarro aims to leverage the synergies from FWD View’s capabilities in critical data solutions for financial services companies, alongside its own specialization in AI and engineering excellence.
