The transaction, concluded on March 24, 2025, did not disclose financial terms. MSI Express, established in 2008, specializes in contract manufacturing and packaging for major food and beverage brands. With a nationwide presence spanning 15 locations across six states, MSI stands as one of the largest food co-manufacturers in the U.S. Under HCI’s ownership, MSI achieved over tenfold top-line growth, executed three strategic acquisitions, and expanded its production facilities to more than 2.5 million square feet. This growth journey was supported by HCI's strategy and operational expertise, positioning MSI for continued success with its new owners, Nonantum.
