Msheireb Properties Secures Strategic Investment from QIA

Msheireb Properties, Qatar's leading sustainable real estate developer, has entered into a strategic partnership with Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) in which QIA has acquired a 49% stake. This partnership is designed to accelerate the growth of smart, sustainable urban projects within Qatar. Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development continues to hold the majority share of 51%, maintaining its control. The collaboration is in line with Qatar's National Vision 2030 and its third National Development Strategy, focusing on creating a sustainable and competitive economy. The move reinforces Qatar's ambition to become a leader in sustainable development and smart city innovations globally, with the successful Msheireb Downtown Doha serving as a model of these efforts.
