MSA Mizar Finalizes Acquisition of Veta+ from Kartesia

The Italian company MSA Mizar, a market leader in outsourced insurance claims management, has successfully acquired Veta+, a prominent Spanish firm specializing in property insurance outsourcing. Veta+, with over three decades of experience, was sold by Kartesia, a private equity firm. Law firms Cases & Lacambra and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo were the legal advisors in this transaction, with the former representing MSA Mizar and the latter advising the sellers, Kartesia and Javier Romero Escudero. Cases & Lacambra’s team was led by corporate/M&A partner Bojan Radovanovic, encompassing corporate, tax, and banking & finance expertise. Meanwhile, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo’s team of corporate specialists facilitated the completion of the deal from the seller’s side. This acquisition underscores the strategic expansion of MSA Mizar into the Spanish market.
