Motherson Group has successfully acquired SMR Plast Met Molds and Tools and SMR Plast Met Automotive Tec. The acquisition was facilitated by their Turkish subsidiary, Motherson SAS Turkey Otomotiv Servis Ticaret. The entire shareholding previously held by Erol Senol was sold in this transaction. Pekin Bayar Mizrahi provided legal advisement to Motherson Group, with the team comprising Partner Asli Kucuroglu Alkan, Of Counsel Ferhat Pekin, and Senior Associate Zeynep Tezan. On the other hand, Caliskan Okkan Toker advised the seller, Erol Senol, with Partner Enver Sezer Caliskan and Senior Associate Basak Kandemir Emiroglu.
