In a landmark acquisition, Abu Dhabi-based Modon Holding has purchased La Zagaleta, one of Europe's most exclusive and luxurious residential golf estates, located in the hills of Benahavís near Marbella, Spain. This acquisition is pivotal for Modon Holding's international investment strategy, marking its significant entry into Europe's luxury real estate market. La Zagaleta, sprawling over 900 hectares, offers a robust development pipeline and includes ultra-luxurious amenities such as private golf courses, a helipad, and extensive natural landscapes. The purchase allows Modon to accelerate the estate's development while preserving its heritage and exclusivity. The acquisition also includes the Majarambuz development, expanding Modon's reach into the luxury market further. H.E.
