Modartis: A New Luxury Manufacturing Venture by Castor and TEC

Advant Nctm has facilitated the acquisition of a majority stake in HIMCO RTW by Castor, a company known for its presence in the luxury fashion sector. This acquisition was complemented by an investment agreement with TEC S.r.l., a leading third-party manufacturer boasting an impressive portfolio of luxury clients, advised by Lexsential. The partnership has led to the creation of Modartis, a new Italian manufacturing platform focusing on high-end ready-to-wear and demi-couture. This initiative aims to bolster the Italian manufacturing industry by integrating craftsmanship and industrial know-how, offering a combined revenue of over 25 million euros and employing 110 workers—remarkably, with significant female representation. The new entity, Modartis, seeks to enhance the competitiveness of Italian manufacturing excellence on a global stage.
