MLL Legal Advises on Marvinpac Management Buyout

MLL Legal has provided advisory services to Antoine Audema, Jean Christinat, and Jan Vrtil for their management buyout (MBO) of Marvinpac Group, a Swiss-based packaging manufacturer. Marvinpac is based in Chtel-Saint-Denis and offers a comprehensive range of services such as packaging development, supplier selection, and quality control, servicing diverse sectors including food, cosmetics, fashion, and electronics, among others. The MBO means that the management team will gain full control over the group’s operations, which encompass two production sites in Switzerland and the Czech Republic, as well as a strategic sourcing platform in China.
