Miura Partners Appoints Eduardo Dávila as Operating Partner

Miura Partners, a Spanish private equity firm, has announced the appointment of Eduardo Dávila as its new Operating Partner. Dávila brings over 20 years of experience in the professional services industry, most notably as the former CEO of AON EMEA and a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Co. His role at Miura will involve heading the Business Services vertical, focusing on both current portfolio companies and new investments. Dávila will be key in executing Miura's buy-and-build strategy, aiming at market consolidation and value creation in the sector. The firm, which raised over €800 million in 2023 across three funds, is poised to leverage Dávila's expertise in driving growth and tackling challenges in the business services niche. Founding Partner Juan Leach highlighted Dávila's role in strengthening Miura's market consolidation strategy, noting his ability to address challenges such as risk management, integration processes, and talent acquisition.
