Mittman Returns to Troutman Pepper Locke, Enhancing PE Practice

Benjamin Mittman has rejoined Troutman Pepper Locke LLP's Private Equity and Investment Funds Practice Group in Philadelphia, adding significant expertise with over three decades of experience from Dentons. Previously, Mittman was co-leading the private funds group at Dentons and specializing in a diverse range of asset categories. His experience includes advising fund sponsors, asset managers, and facilitating complex arrangements. Paul Mahoney, the leader of Troutman Pepper Locke's practice, emphasized Mittman's contribution to the firm's ability to manage diverse asset categories. Mittman had formerly worked for Hamilton Lane Advisors as legal head of fund formation, and at Pepper Hamilton, before that. His return aims to strengthen Troutman Pepper Locke's private equity services further and respond to the evolving needs of clients, while also engaging actively in community service.
