Mech-I-Tronic (Mit), known by its brand Groupack, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Ermo Holding and Smp, French firms specializing in high-precision injection molds for the pharmaceutical and beauty sectors. Supported by the legal firm Gianni & Origoni, Mit's latest acquisition follows previous ones concluded in May 2022 with Bettinelli, and in 2023 and 2024 with Union Officine Meccaniche, Alci Group, and Neyret. The strategy includes integrating the entrepreneurs of the acquired companies into the holding's capital. Legal support for the acquisition and associated financing was overseen by a team from Gop, including Partners Emanuele Grippo and Gerardo Carbonelli, Associates Francesco Mirizzi, Ludovica Bini, Marco Barbi, Gaia Pisani, Marco Gatta, and Chiara Ercoli.
