Mindset AI Expands to U.S. with £4.3m Funding

Mindset AI, a London-based embedded AI agent platform, has successfully secured £4.3 million in funding to expand its operations both in the UK and the United States, with a new office opening in Chicago. This funding round was led by Edge VC and Pembroke VCT, alongside prior investors. Founded in 2019, the company enables SaaS businesses to effortlessly integrate AI into their products, transforming content and intellectual property through AI-driven functionality. With a significant 120% revenue growth year-on-year and an achieved annual recurring revenue of £1m as of October 2024, Mindset AI's agents are now active in over 2,700 businesses. The funds will also enhance the development of its natural language programming interface and broaden its no-code tools. The move illustrates the company's strategy to enable businesses to integrate AI capabilities without the need for extensive AI teams, as emphasized by CEO Barrie Hadfield. Investment director Fred Ursell of Pembroke highlighted their excitement in backing a venture with transformative potential in leveraging corporate content through AI.
